PiP Architecture transformed a condemned Grade II listed former 19th C coach house owned by Jesus College for their own 21st C architecture practice. The building, which had been used for storage in recent years, was deemed partially unsafe by a structural engineer after a vehicle drove into it.
PiP Architecture's design involved converting and modernising the existing spaces to create a positive working environment whilst retaining the majority of existing fabric and ensuring the character of the former coach house was preserved.
