Constructed from green oak this dwelling was finished to a very high standard winning the 2010 LABC Building Excellence Award for Best Small Housing Project. Set in a mature tree landscaped setting, the building footprint respects tree route protection zones and reflects its materiality through the use of oak timber cladding.
